You can upgrade any dress to have a high neck! Choose how much extra you'd like added to your chosen bust coverage to make the total bust.
For example if you choose a 6" bust coverages and a 4" upgrade the total length measured from under your bust to your neckline would be 10". This this raise the front and back of the neckline.

Harvest dress
Milkmaid dress (will still have ties)
Ivy dress (will still have ties)
Penny blouse
Babydoll Blouse (will still have ties)
