As items as are custom made we do not offer refunds or returns under consumer law.

You have 14 days from the day of your order arriving to contact about any issues. 

If your item does not arrive please check your tracking and contact your mail provider (especially for non UK customers).

Sales on sample items and sale items are final. (Please note sample items may not be perfect due to the nature of them being samples)
