Shipping policy

 

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

All items are sent with tracking.

For international orders items are always sent insured in case of loss or damage in transit. (Up to £250)

We do not accept responsibility for custom fees or taxes which you may be charged when shopping internationally. These fees are out of our control, and the customers responsibility. If you fail to pay and the item is returned to us you must pay for shipping again. You you decide not to have said item resent you can opt for a 60% refund (not including shipping fee)

Orders going to the USA have the 10% tariff fee included in the price of items, but you may be subject to additional taxes which are not pre paid by Dreaming Of Ivy. 

If you provide the incorrect shipping address and the item is returned to Dreaming Of Ivy you will be charged shipping again to have the item resent. You you decide not to have said item resent you can opt for a 60% refund (not including shipping fee)

If you item hasn't arrived you must contact within 14 days of it's predicted delivery day to claim for a lost or damaged item.
